About Me

I obtained my Birth Doula Certification through International Doula Institute and have been passionately practicing as a Doula since 2016. 

Pregnancy, labor and birth are such a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual journey. I am eager to support and empower you in all of those areas as your Doula!

Another focus of mine, is to lead with love while providing you with individualized care and evidence based information that helps deepen your understanding and appreciation of your body during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum season.

 It brings me great joy to give you the tools you need to feel informed in your decisions and empowered to advocate for the pregnancy care and birth you desire! 

In addition to being a Doula, I am also a Certified Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience in OB/Gyn and a 2 year pit stop in pediatrics. My experience as a Medical Assistant allows me to serve you in a deeper and richer way. 

When I am not serving my clients, I am being a wife to my wonderful husband and a mother to our beautiful children Abigail and Benson. Wearing the names “wife” and “mama” bring be insurmountable happiness!

I’m a born and raised Oregonian, so I enjoy spending time marveling over Gods creation, especially along the Oregon coast or getting lost in a remote wooded place. I also enjoy writing, scrapbooking & essential oils in addition to serving women and their families.
