This package is a great option for mamas looking for an inclusive Doula support experience, in this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways:

-Two in person or virtual visits, which will include childbirth education, hands on labor and delivery coaching and birth plan structuring and overview.

-Available by phone, email or text from the time of contract sign on; allowing 24 hours for non-urgent responses.

-On call from 37 weeks gestation until the time of delivery; I must be within two hours of mothers location and will be available day or night by phone.

-Labor and delivery support; I will provide support in a wide variety of ways. My goal is to provide a peaceful, supported environment that will allow the birthing mother to cope well. Easing the way for partners and other support people to allow them to support the birthing mother in the desired ways. And by acting as an advocate for the birthing mother and the respect of her birth plan.

-Postpartum support; I will be present at the place of birth for the first two hours after birth. Beyond that, I will also continue to be available for support virtually, by phone, email up to six weeks postpartum.
